Newcastle Festival of Flight Ready for Take-Off with Collins Aerospace
Next Saturday’s Festival of Flight in Newcastle (22 June) will be sponsored by Kilkeel-based Collins Aerospace. Ireland’s only airshow this year to feature the RAF Red Arrows is expected to attract over 100,000 spectators, with the iconic Mourne mountains as the backdrop for the day’s aerial displays. Collins Aerospace employs more than 1,000 people, manufacturing seating for most of the world’s major commercial airlines.
